Our name comes from "Spiegelei", the German word for “fried egg”.

At first glance, it is a simple dish.

While simple in appearance, preparing the perfect fried egg requires attention to detail, precision, consistency and sometimes creativity...
From the moment you crack the egg open (OpenAI) until balancing the seasoning and serving, you can transform something ordinary into something perfect.
